Practice was actually enjoyable to watch. Monaco is such a good circuit - maybe not for overtaking but for general racing lines.

Prancing horses looking good... kind of pulling for LeClerc in his hometown - he seems like a good dude.

Maybe Williams will pull off something good with the tight circuit.

    That McLaren livery though...

Yea, Latifi actually looked pretty good. Vettel seemed much more comfortable than Stroll so I don't see any Canadians getting points in this race unless a wreck takes out the front/mid-pack but it would be nice to see Latifi >15.

Sucks to see Riccardo struggling against Norris. I don't know why but I find the young Brits really annoying as people and would prefer seeing them at the bottom (Norris and Russel). I like Hamilton more now than when he was younger and you need to respect his skill but it would be good to see someone else win this one.

Perez looked to be in good shape but it's a pretty unforgiven track for if he makes similar mistakes to earlier races this year.

Don't worry, Ferrari strategists will most certainly find a way to fuck this up. lol

Ferrari has to be praying to all the gods there's no gearbox damage. Otherwise, it's a masterclass move for Charles to put that sucker into the wall to secure P1...

After Hamilton’s comments about Max this week, and the history between max and Charles I predict a lap one exit for both of them.

If charles can keep the lead into and through T1, he should be good, otherwise he will do a weird pass and bop him into the wall

Very mixed and interesting grid though as expected. Interesting again to see multiple laps before the fast lap.

I’d love to hear the Mercedes strategy comms for this race. Undercut does not work here at all in the Pirelli era especially going from soft to hards. Takes 2 laps to get them up to temp, and everyone was pacing to make the softs last. As soon as ham pit I was yelling wtf do they know that I didn’t. Turns out they didn’t know anything haha.

Sucks that ricciardo was nowhere. Was a perfect chance for McLaren to stretch things out a little today.

Pretty disappointed in every way. Hopefully Merc and Ham can have better luck for the remaining races and pull through for the win. Felt bad for Charles and Ferrari but Sainz did good. Seb did a good job and was nice to see him up there.

At least Hamilton got some points. Bottas, as usual, gets the short end of the stick on a day that Lewis finished down the order. He just can't buy any luck.

Absolutely. I was gutted for Bottas - poor guy can’t catch a break and ultimately Merc suffered as a constructor and are down 1 point.

That max interview after with Lando was great

Pretty boring race obviously except for the hamilton radio bits. Was nice to see seb finally back up there even if the race director really didnt want to show that pass.

First half of the race was good but after everyone pitted and the Bottas bad luck happen the rest of the race was full Monaco mode.

The race wouldn't have been so bad if the race director/production team had their shit together. It was so annoying having them cut away at the most important times to show Stroll launching his car over the curb, twice. I know they have a different team running it, but fuck me, it took away from the race.
