Too long after 10 laps, everyone settled in and was just pointless "racing?" and opens the door to crashes or incidents, Perez and Sainz got fucked, could have happened during the actual race but just a pointless endeavor in my eyes.

I find regular qualifying plenty eventful/entertaining from a viewers standpoint. Say Lewis or Max somehow bins their car during one of these sprints, hurts them incredibly bad in the championship standings, for what? 20ish minutes of pointless racing? It netted Max pole position which is a bump up for him but solid chance he just passes Lewis during the race smart with how his car is performing.

Also the lap around the track on the crypto.com truck was... Something

fair enough.

Some of you guys sound like team principles or something. More risk, more chances for incidents, more mileage on the cars (I.e., better test of engineering) are all great for me, the viewer. I don’t want to see them have an easy time, I want to be entertained.

Obvs, but the Sky broadcast is used by ESPN, F1TVPro, and basically any English commentary on the race... you'd think they'd be a little less biased as the "official" commentary of F1.

I just funny how Sky Sports can influence the narrative of the sport so much. F1 and Sky must organize circle-jerks where cash rains down on them.

Max is following Lewis's career pretty closely where he had only one "speed". I wonder when Max will figure out Championships are won not getting involved in race-ending incidents.
