    Default Plumbing question

Got a bidet from Amazon and it was missing a recessed washer that goes into the top of this t valve.

The top attached to the bottom of the tank. I called Amazon and they sent me a whole new bidet.

Does anyone know where I can get a washer for this or even a whole new t assembly? Went to home depot and they don't know.

Recessed washer or O-Ring? What material is it made of? What is the inside diameter required?

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

It is described as a rubber cone washer with a narrow top end. The T-Valve that connects to the toilet flll valve is 7/8"

    Plumbing specialty store.
Home Depot barely has anything unless you're doing standard new installs and they have no idea when it comes to help.

The old white guys in the SE stores can be gems. They have saved my butt a few times with some crazy plumbing/macgyver suggestions. Happy to help too.

probably be best off to wait for the new one and then take the gasket/o-ring/seal to a shop to match it up

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

This kit is what you need, even though it includes more parts than what you require:

    https://www.homedepot.ca/product/flu...kit/1000661848

It includes 2 nuts and 2 washers to fix leaks between the fill tube and fill valve, as well as between the fill valve and tank.
