I don't quite understand the rep system, especially the neg rep part. If you don't like what someone wrote, either keep scrolling and move on or quote and debate the comment.

Living in mom's basement types must love it.

Uh not really since downvoting hides the post and becomes irrelevant. The rep system here is basically a glorified high school drama club.

Dunno why the rep system here doesn't show who did the rep. That would keep that psycho killramos off everybody's back.

What is everyone doing for work these days?
Has the "3rd wave" cause your company to stay WFH or maybe revert back to WFH if you are currently in the office?

Of the 4 offices we have in Canada the only one who is open for RTO is Calgary. This is more of something to be inline with our Houston office but the staff are not wanting it and plan to continue to WFH as much as possible.

We also have an attestation for to stat that if you are vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask or socially distance, but if you are no vaccinated then you have to wear a mask and socially distance.

The idiocy of this is that currently we are still using the 6 foot rule but come the 30th this will not be the case and everyone will be sitting beside one another again.

3rd wave is old news. We are now deep into the 4th.
