Wow that's aggressive. First company I've heard doing that
My employer just announced basically the same. Get vaccinated, make a plan with HR, or go on unpaid leave until you decide what you want to do.

Apparently advantage is paying a $1k bonus to anyone who gets fully vaccinated.

If this kicks a bunch of the 50+ age group out of the oil and gas industry, either through death or forced retirement, then it'll play out nicely for guys like @schurchill and @mr2mike and myself.

Kenney's recent announcement didn't effect me at all and everyone is still WFH. My company didn't have any plans to get butts back in seats for 2021...except the Montreal office, which is still doing one day a week in the office and four from home.

I've heard rumblings of some pretty major O&G companies mandating vaccinations starting soon. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
Lots of unemployed OG people , I don’t think they will have a problem replacing people that don’t want to be vaxxed.

You guys give the unvaxxed sticking to their guns too much credit. As soon as they announce mandatory shots to keep your job, they will piss and moan but inevitably do it because they talk big but when push comes to shove are leveraged above their eyeballs so they have no choice but to do whatever to keep said job.

There are your principals, and then there is your lifted dodge.

It’s important to have your priorities in order.

I didn't know there was a wheel spacer company called "Fuck Trudeau". Been seeing lots of people rock their decals so their product must be pretty popular.

My work is trying to figure out a vaccine policy... Company is ~10 staff, all but one are vaccinated. (info was volunteered) Not so much woried about our staff, but more so with the many clients we deal with on a regular basis. (Downtown service provider)

So far others seem to be all over the map.
-Full vaccinated if you want your job
-Full vaccination or weekly tests (paid by employee)
    -Nothing.

Work as an industrial mechanic/millwright, so unless I was doing consulting, I have no choice but to work in an "office"
