You must be blind because I see nothing that says "encouraged". But I guess you have nothing better to do than troll the internet right?
Umm dude? Encouraged and recommended are interchangeable here... Your quote just supports mr2mike lol.

It turns out that if you call him MISTER MIKE you end up getting ads for some fucking endless salad bar like as if anyone gives a squirt of fuck now that it's not 1986.

I'm flying to the beautiful Ft St. John on Tuesday to continue in person work because projects need to be completed and the world will keep on turning.

Get vaxxed, don't get vaxxed, I don't care. But if your shitty decisions become a burden on the rest of society that should be on you.

    Accountability or something.

And Mr. Mike's search gives you a pub.
    I'm so mysterious!

I'm just asking and now saying that I know companies that won't wfh with that language. They'll be in the downtown tower of climate destruction wearing masks when Citrix is a thing.

Our site has mandated that you need to be double vaccinated, have a doctor's note for medical reasons to not be vaccinated or a negative test 48 hours before coming to site. Apparently a bunch of mines across the country are doing the same.

The folks who are steaming mad about this are fitting the stereotypical group perfectly.

So your company needs to show proof of vaccination? Or is if honor system?

Wondering because if it is honor system (like some), all the non-vax will just skip the test lol.

I haven't got any company wide emails from any of my bigger clients that would indicate they are pausing or rethinking their plan to start back in the office tomorrow. Usually the HR teams are pretty quick to send out an updated plan any time the government has new rules but its been crickets. Maybe you're right, maybe the wording wasn't strong enough so fuck it.

Heard Suncor paused RTO right after the AB gov announcement.

School is starting again and we are trending toward Apr/May's hospitalization/ICU numbers. Hospitalization is growing at the same/faster rate as last 2 major waves.

I for one can confirm that many puppies were save by making me wear a mask from my parkade to my desk.

I’m confused now, I thought the only lives that mattered were black and indigenous.

And back to WFH. I think I had a solid 4 days in my new office?

    Haha

Yeah this kinda sucks. Was getting back into the groove doing 2 days a week and enjoying variety for lunch again. Glad I made it in yesterday and got my Jackie’s Thai fix. Probably won’t be eating that for months again now.
