Office confirmed that WFH is never happening again and all staff are still required to be in-office full time. However, on Monday all staff must either prove they are fully vaccinated, agree to a vaccination plan with HR, or get terminated.

I've heard rumblings of some pretty major O&G companies mandating vaccinations starting soon. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out.

I've heard from quite a few people that this is the case at their place of work. Maybe not in that short of time line but look at places like Westjet.
