2020 Taxes : Housing Borad and Lodinging amount - error

A former employer has put an amount in the "Housing board and lodging" box on my T4 (Box 30). Don't know if this matters, but I have some concerns about the ethics of the people who prepared this T4, and that company no longer exists. I have never lived in company supplied housing, or received an amount for this. Does this matter? Is that old company doing some kind of scam? Never had anything in this box before.

Tax or accounting experts, does this matter?

Is your box 14 what you actually earned from that company? Or is it what you actually earned plus what is in box 30?

Line 14 is precisely equal to line 30 on this T4. Which is think is an error, possibly deliberate.
