Needs to be cash and not something that is easily tracked.
    Why does that matter?

I would assume parishioners may or may not want to know where money goes too.

Cash may buy a bit of indiscretions.

The whole situation is stupid IMO.

That said, the government and EPS are behaving equally stupid. Rachel Notley wrote a letter to the Sgt @ Arms of the Legislature, complaining about a planned protest there in Edmonton on Saturday, and demanded the protest be broken up. There were actually 2 planned protests, one in support the retard Pastor, the other...Antifa.

Guess which one the groups EPS/Sheriffs moved in on? While Antifa threw rocks and other objects into the crowd of hundreds of Pastor supporting (morons) people, not one single Antifa person was even approached, much less arrested, while L/E arrested people from the bible crowd who hadn't done anything other than standing where Notley didn't want them to.

Same thing has happened repeatedly in other Canadian cities, Antifa/BLM/ETC get a pass for all kinds of behavior in public which gets anyone out protesting anything else arrested. I don't understand L/E's reluctance to arrest communists, yet their willingness to go above and beyond regarding any other type of protest (hint, I actually do understand it, and it concerns me, as it should anyone else).

Fear of being lambasted by the media.

When the narrative spewed by the media is complicit with the actions of communism this is the result.

So this shit head spent 35 days in jail. His church continues to be over capacity for weekly services. Government can be wrong or wronger.

Brutal situation, why are people like this?

People are begging for something to rally around. Here’s an opportunity.

It’s unfortunate, everyone is sick of Covid restrictions. It’s funny, right before last Monday when Shandro gave the bad news about not progressing to the next phase, the hospitalizations jumped and showed upward momentum.

This week we’ve actually come down again, 277 now. Kenney is going to have a lot of mansplaining to do.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."

I don't have any valid statistics, but in my experience, the magic sky man believers are about as shitty as the rest of us.

Does seems this congregation has chosen thier favourite sin.

Pride is dangerously corrupt selfishness, putting one's own desires, urges, wants and whims before the welfare of other people.

John mchworters recent book is about how "Woke" is a religion. Not like a religion. But an actual religion.

Fervent, fundamental religious fanaticism is a mental illness; a dangerous one, at that.

I've got all kinds of time for people who want to believe in Bearded Sky Man. But... If you want to kill or die for Bearded Sky Man, I've got a wood chipper for you.

Yet I know several physicians and engineers who do, so I try to be a little more... Whatever the appropriate word is.

Humanity has no hope, I’m glad I’ll be dead before the unravelling of society.

People put way too much faith in that practicing a given profession is evidence of substantial intelligence.

I know a lot of really stupid engineers, I can imagine this is also endemic with doctors.

You can be a doctor that believes in religion/god/magicpeople, but that just means you aren't acting at your optimal smartness.

Much like climate change is a religion too. No science anymore and definitely no economic decisions made regarding it.
Just fanatics screaming and holding signs blocking traffic.
