Selling my old gaming computer as I built a new ryzen / 3060ti setup and trying to do spring cleaning

Includes:
Asus 1070 8gb OC Strix (Top of the line model) - Kijiji has ads for 500+$ for these cards alone
Intel i5-6600k wit a Hyper evo 212 CPU cooler
2x8gb Crucial DDR4 memory 2166mhz CL15
Msi gaming motherboard LGA1551 (Not sure model, will check but it was pretty nice setup at the time)
Mid-tower case /w 3 fans
Gigabyte PCI-E wifi card - Wireless AC with external antenna
Asus 650W Tuf gaming power supply (Brand new - I thought I'd use this rig for crypto mining so replaced the PSU to accommodate a pair of 3070s but a week after decided to unload the cards because of the crazy used market for them so the power supply has a week of use on it).
No SSD - keeping because of personal/sensitive data

Price:
800$ - No hard drives included / no OS
900$ - I'll throw a 4tb Western Digital Red drive in it from my media computer so you have something as well as supply a new/unused OEM Win 10 Pro key.

Would prefer to sell only rather than trade - may consider a trade for a really nice NAS but otherwise prefer to just sell. Will not part out (unless for some odd reason you want everything minus the GPU for 400$)

This person is basically selling the same computer with a ssd for 1100$ so I think my price is fair give what the used market is right now and the lack of Ryzen/GPU availability.
