I find myself upset that it appears plausible that someone created a mega-virus in a lab and then it got released on the earth and killed a couple million people while fucking my kids out of going to school. I would like to see someone pay for this and I would like their bodies to be stacked on display for people to view.

So my question is this - does that make me for or against the daylight savings time question in our upcoming civic elections? I can only assume that our politicians are asking the hard-hitting questions or us.

USA Submarine trying to hide in wake of ship, but ended up rear ending instead.

I can imagine that said ship probably pulled hard on the brakes after they realized they were being tailgated by a submarine. US stealth technology lacks behind the rest of the world, even in submarines. The Swedish seem to have a submarine much stealthier than anything the USA can comprehend.

Only in the USA would you spend $1.7 trillion to try and make a 200 decibel jet fighter "stealthy".

Bezos is suing NASA, damn if he didn't beat me to it.

Only CCP can be in the news business.

From no electricity to land sales dropped 40% with local governments become cash strapped. China is fast at everything, including unravelling.

The CCP was always going to fail, it is just a matter of when. Central planning doesn't work. Never has.

I think the problem is that they don't have enough government.

The CCP rhetoric just kills me. I lol every time.
“Their fate is bound to be a catastrophe when they attempt to separate Taiwan from the (sic) China,” the Communist Party newspaper said in an editorial that also poured scorn on the US and the island’s western allies.

“The further the DPP authorities go down the path in colluding with external forces, the closer they move to their tomb. There is no force in the world whose will to “defend Taiwan” is stronger than China’s will to fight against secession and achieve reunification. No force dares or is willing to fight to the death against the world’s second largest economy, as well as a nuclear power, in order to prevent China’s reunification.”

Well if it's not the next 5, it'll probably be never (for a peaceful transition). The current Taiwanese government is voted in since nobody under 30 wants to be part of China. That sentiment won't get any better as old folks dies.

That's why they have been ripping out HK's education system and replaced with patriotic teachings. So next gen will wave the flag without questioning.
