Texas is awesome. Someone had to do it.

    What Covid?

Well then...I guess they've decided that COVID is cured.

Alberta would be the logical Canadian Province to follow suit.

The irony is we just matched our western brethren, our left wing - NDP - western brethren for restriction easement.

Saskatchewan has basically been open this whole time. They are also not as right wing as us.

I feel bad for Kenney, there’s got to be serious turmoil behind closed doors with the medical unions. Didn’t I read somewhere like 30% of AHS staff aren’t coming to work? We’ve never used our overflow capacity?

That’s not fact, something I remember though.

Ironically the snowstorm might've helped them a ton. No one can move much = forced self isolation and a drop in cases.

All my Sask friends have been bitching since day 1 that gyms are closed and small businesses can't open, but Walmart can be.

Where do you see open this whole time ?

Based on your article it’s also cured in Mississippi. The South is rising again?

Surprisingly, according to my RE friend, he's getting a lot of WFH crowd from GVA and GTA looking in Calgary and Calgary is out of inventory for detached segment around the average price.

Calgary has always had a good "Affordability" score, much better than GTA and GVA.

The bigger issue with remote workers is that they keep GTA and GVA addresses so they can justify their regional corrected higher salaries. That means their tax dollars are staying there while they use our services here.

That's a good point.... if the schools are funded via property ownership (or rental indirectly) and I assume all AHS cost will be billed back to OHIP or whatever health authority they are from. What else would they be accessing for free without paying provincial tax?

And why is Nova Scotia pimping themselves so hard as a WFH destination?

Everything else that is funded from income tax.
