    Default PC/speakers issue...Maybe wiring?

Gotta real weird issue with my pc and ceiling speakers.

My bedroom tv as a mini pc hooked up to it and every time we shut the lights or the bathroom fan off, the tv screen goes black for few seconds and comes back and makes this weird noise. When i turn off the tv and turn it back on then it's good again.

Also, there's a loud static coming from my ceiling speakers downstairs and in the bonus room when nothing is playing.

    I appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Is there a timer on the bathroom fan, and do you have a dimmer on the lights? And those bedroom lights do you have LED bulbs?

No timer, no dimmer and yes all the lights are LED bulbs.

Is the TV and mini pc plugged into a power bar?

For the ceiling speakers, check the grounding/wires on the amplifier. Static usually refers to interference/noise being picked up by speakers.

If you haven't changed anything and the AC wiring is still good then my money is on the internal power supply of the TV being on it's way out. When you disconnect a load on a circuit you cause a spike in noise which feeds back into the other devices. Generally the power supply if designed properly will filter this out. The fan motor would be especially bad for this for reasons I won't bore you with...
