NFTs are rather interesting ... but it seems to just be furthering the divide between the wealthy and/or name status versus regular people. Seeing a lot of it in the EDM artist world as of late. Small or mid-tier DJ releases custom artwork and it goes for minimal amounts but then larger DJs sell theirs for 30+ million and they yell how its giving power back to the DJs ... the same top tier DJs billing 100+k per event definitely needs tens of millions more.

Beeple's pretty cool. I first learned about him when Corridor had him on their channel and talked about how he did a piece of digital art every single day.
Art is hugely subjective but money's money. Good for him.
