Costco has these quick lifts, which look like scissor lifts but they're $1400 yikes

RFD says these were on blowout this summer at the warehouse for $1000. I’m frugal so even on sale I gotta wait for the all time best price.

For sure the cheapest way to enable engine/trans drops, but I’ve read they do require some mods to maximize practicality (casters and jack point inserts).

This is true, I almost picked one up but decided against it due to the fact that I rarely do any work myself anymore

I'd like a set, because you can't really do wheels/suspension on a 4post lift that well. Not in the budget ATM.
