    My terminology may not be correct, essentially there is a wall that runs down the entire side...fully reinforced.

    I do shovel the pad - yes. It isn't slippery, but then again I'm usually wearing proper winter boots not sneakers...

    Pic attached, I don't think broom finish, or exposed would have look good in my case, or held up as well.

    No problem. I was debating deck vs paving stones on a levelled section as well.

    I was over at a friends house soon after having mine completed. He had weeds and such growing between the stones, and a few were shifting. Happy that won’t happen with the stamped concrete. If you’re curious about the total cost - just PM me.
