Make them move it, you already have the equipment there. If they ever need to do maintenance on it or upgrade it in the future (EV?) that would mean your place gets ripped up a second time.

Yea I'm not concerned, appears the garage company is going to pour over top of it since it's on on the title anywhere which I'm fine with, if they have issues they can retrench on their property

It also appears to go to some outside electrical outlets, not their shed as I originally thought, I'm still planning to test the electricity on the circuit and see if there's anything, if not then I'll rip it out but need to get a non contact meter for it as previously suggested
    Sig nuked by mod.

Make sure to take video. This has the makings of going viral.

Would call before you dig to get stuff marked.

    Define shed.
    Garage?
    Mustang storage facility?
A place for neighbourhood kids to whack off?
One call won't locate secondary lines on your property. If it wasn't close to the services entering the property, they wouldn't have found it.

If it's only 1.5' into your property, you won't end up pouring a pad over it, as minimum setback requirements are 2' (in calgary, at least), but I guess it's likely still in the way while you prep the pad and pour your footing.

Honestly, it's probably the BEST time for your neighbour to learn of this bad news, since you already have a machine on site. Perhaps your neighbour can strike a deal to get your excavator guy to trench out a more appropriate place in their yard?
You can do zero lot line garages in a lot of Calgary neighborhoods. I'm getting one built this summer in Brentwood

How long does it take to charge a beaver to 80% capacity on 220V?

    It looked awful iMO...
I'm open to being wrong about the exact details or the name of the hood, but I think that's what the realtor told us. I don't understand how or why this could be when it's within CoC.
Midnapore was its own town back in the day.
