Such a weird location for a car guys dream home. Not a whole lot of places to drive to, at least an hour away from any real civilization. High elevation so lower power, and more snow than Calgary.

I guess if you’re keeping 50 rally cars then it’d make sense haha. Great location, just odd for someone really into cars.
