    that shit is so tired; I was into Turner in 2007 or whenever he first published but now it feels like he's just a doomsayer waiting for the day his prophecy finally comes true. It may, but I would hardly call him a reliable predictor of anything.

    What makes housing here attractive is the yearly taxes, which are reasonable all things being equal.

    And the cheap electricity.
