I swear to christ that the first time I saw this place being built I initially thought "what a weird fucking place to build a Super 8..." Until I clued in it was someones actual idea of a mansion! To each their own I guess...

The building is entirely made from wood. No concrete or steel that I saw on my daily commutes while the structure was going up. In 20-30 years it will be dilapidated and maybe go away.

1. What a dumb location, views would be infinitely better in a few miles in almost direction.
2. Owner spent all his money on the house and didn't have any left for landscaping.

I agree the location is by far the worst ive ever seen for a house like that but you're not even remotely close about point 2 lol
