Cool to finally know the story behind this.

3 pics from half a kilometre away and the owners name, does not constitute a "story".

I'm only ridiculing them for the lack of trees. With that much money I'd be planting a forest around my house, but that's just personal preference. The Pimple on a Prairie look is never good, no matter how opulent the house.

Not related, but I know a guy who bought 1300 acres in the hills by Radium, and that is a purchase I cannot ridicule. Got to visit recently and that is a sick property.

I was chatting with a fellow who was on the crew that ran the new gas pipeline by this house all the way to the Cochrane gas plant. The house was built right to the edge of the right-of-way and they took a lot of abuse from the home owner. So basically the house is setback as far as possible from the highway on that section of land.

There's a lot of land in ALberta for that kind of money. I wouldn't have bought that parcel, or built that house, but shit, good for him. I am mad jelly of the cash and freedom.

This house wasn't built as a "Give me my privacy", it was built to be bragged about and talked about as a show of wealth.

    Mission accomplished.
