I vaguely recall some rule like 3 trades a day triggers a notification for CRA to take a closer look.

My recommendation is that any trading be done while you are drunk.

I don’t have anything to add, only that I made dozens of trades per day in my TFSA for a few weeks between jobs, turned a bit of a profit and never got audited. Maybe if someone was grossing 300k/yr gains in their tfsa but for regular joes like us it’s nbd.
