I cashed out on another one of my vehicles for profit this weekend, it’s hard looking around though as desirable cars are priced as high as ever.

You'll be selling yours at a premium too though.

That’s what I was thinking. There’s no reason to drive a 1-ton unless you actually need a 1-ton, in which case it isn’t really a tough call to make. Big trucks are awful to drive compared to a half ton, and more expensive. They make zero sense unless a person is towing or hauling lots.

Yea unless they are just lifestyle trucks, in which case I say fill your boots, there isn’t a lot of crossover in use case for an AT4 and an F350.

Yup, the minute we get rid of our trailer the F250 gets put up for sale, they are a terrible every day vehicle.

Are HD trucks (3/4 or 1 ton) still subject to the luxury tax?

No, see gvwr part of below:
. Vehicles subject to the luxury tax
The luxury tax will apply to vehicles that meet the definition of subject vehicle under the Act and are priced or valued above the $100,000 price threshold, unless an exception applies.

Under subsection 2(1), subject vehicle means a motor vehicle that meets all of the following conditions:

it is designed or adapted primarily to carry individuals on highways and streets
it has a seating capacity of not more than 10 individuals
it has a gross vehicle weight rating that is 3,856 kg or less
it has a date of manufacture after 2018
it is designed to travel with four or more wheels in contact with the ground
Examples of subject vehicles include sedans, coupes, hatchbacks, convertibles, sport utility vehicles and light‑duty pickup trucks.

Bold of Kia to take the Quebec strategy. Handicap your growth to get more balance transfers. Seems idiotic and the exec should be fired.

Pretty common gaming of the system in many corporations. Happens all the time in oil companies too. I've been asked to withhold production to Jan, or to "get it on by Dec 31" depending on management bullshit.
