    Default Looking for leather/cowhide pieces

I'm a welder. I burn through shit constantly and FR doesn't cut it ever. So I'm looking to patch my stuff with proper leather/cowhide whatever you want to call it.

I've been to michaels and called fabricland but they don't even know what I'm talking about. Where can I buy this stuff, hopefully not too crazy expensive.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

I thought to. The welding blankets are good too for some applications if you can just drape one over whatever you are protecting. They go on sale regularly too.

I was just at stampede boot a few weeks ago, doesn't a beyonder own it? Is it you? Bought a vest and some gloves. Love that place for motorcycle gear.

Thought there might be some pieces there, but didn't see any. Anyways, I ended up just getting the apron and cutting it up, worked perfect.
