    8000 for equipment and 100 monthly for monitoring? Do people pay for equipment now with a monitoring contract? I don't think this council looks at monetary policy neither.

    "so 100 a month for the next 100yrs, ok. How much do I have to pay for all the equipment?"
    "Wut? oh yeah, 8000 dollars minimum. You may also want to update your equipment annually at your cost"
