Default Anyone do cartoons or animation? Or Fiverr Advice

Looking for a little advice about a project I need for work. I know there's a lot of artistic types on here, and maybe Fiverr is the right place, but looking for the following, and advice about how to get it.

    - Low-detail drawing suitable for small scale or sticker printing. Little to no shading, fewest colors possible.
    - Fierce, strong "monster" kind of creature. Two arms, two legs, roughly humanoid shape.
    - Vector-graphics format
    - Holding something above it's head (I can provide detail on that, it's a simple shape).

What would I search on Fiverr for this kind of service? Is this a "logo"? I don't want words with it. Anyone local want to do this for under $50?

    need guidance.

i could probably do it if you found a couple things online i could just mash together, i am not creative/imaginative but i can manipulate things.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

I've been doing some work on this today between honking at other vehicles, and came up with a name, logo and slogan. Let me know what you think. The top corner is torn out because I thought the original slogan was too aggressive, and said cunt twice which I didn't like.

I've used fiverr several times now for vector logos and business card designs and have never had any problems. Just pick people whose style you like, offer unlimited revisions, and tons of good reviews. The people I hired were extremely responsive, worked very quickly, and I thought the quality of the work was way better than what it cost. You can either tell them your general idea and get them to help you design it, or you can pretty much tell them exactly what you want and they can bring it to life.

At the time I was looking, locally it would have cost me around $500-1000++ depending on exactly what I needed and end result would have been the same. Nothing to lose by at least trying them, worst case scenario you're out a few bucks. I found it to be kind of like buying art - it's one of those things where there are lots of people with the same skill level, but pricing is arbitrary and varies dramatically based on whose doing it.
