    The only real question here.

    Did the buyers waive inspection conditions when they made the amendment for you to have the shower heads fixed.

    If they did, then you are good to go. If they didn’t (oops) that could be problematic.

    Also they waived conditions almost a month ago, I completed what was said in writing and provided them a receipt for proof. They came back with a new issue during pre possession walk through and tried to claim it was the original issue which isn’t even close to what they have in writing, and also tried to claim they/realtor diagnosed it themselves and the plumber who came missed it. It also makes me believe their own home inspector missed it because it’s not an issue or else how did it pass through so many people and suddenly now they have an issue?

    This is why I made my comment. Anyone can open a door and get people to sign documents but overall it looks like your agent is weak if this even became a conversational topic. Makes me think he didn't get the right money either if he can't even deal with this properly.
