    Default Simple headphone question

What is this type is headphone called? I want to call them "Bluetooth earbuds" but that seems to mean those "true wireless" things.

Anyway, with words, what's a clear way to describe this style?

Probably the most correct answer. I don't know, I like the wire, and I clip them together around my neck and they hang there just fine, and they have a mic partway down the cord so it's closer to my mouth.
I had many pairs of these, but the best ones broke, another pair was terrible so I threw it away, and I have lot another pair recently so I'm down to zero.

Just place them in a box next to your rotary phone.

I hate cords which is why I like the Anker Soundcore line. 100% wireless with decent sound and good reception.

Agreed. For at work having a wire makes it easier to pop them in and out when someone starts a conversation.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

I actually prefer these wired earbuds over the AirPod style earbuds too as I hang them around my neck when not in use. The battery on mine are starting to go so I'm also on the look out for a new pair too but they're getting pretty scarce as everyone is going the AirPod style.

That said you can get straps that clip onto the AirPod style earbuds.

This (x)infinity. Wireless is the solution to a problem that never existed.

This is another aspect I feel I'm either misunderstanding or missing out on. It feels like there isn't a different name for just fucking headphones versus headphones that also have microphones in them for talking on a phone...
Is there a term for those that I am missing??!?

    Neckband BT headset.

I prefer this style for workouts, biking or doing anything in motion. If it falls out, it hangs on your neck.
