We managed to get a whale in out pool so with that huge stake we have minted 5 blocks so far. the 5% rewards are done, ended. But you should start getting rewards from the blocks themselves.
Price of cardano still in the shitter for a while yet.

How many rewards are in a block? IE what's the ROI now that the guaranteed 5% rewards are done?

Cardano is a bit socialist in that regard...

All the rewards get pooled every epoch, and so long as you mint AT LEAST 1 block, your pool is rewarded. Its not like bitcoin where its 1:1 block for reward. Everything is shared so IF your pool can manage 1 block per epoch then you get ~4-5% APR. The biggest pools seem to average 3-5%.
