I'd understand if she wanted to do it just to draw attention to missing children, but to say that capital letters show "complicity with systems of oppression"? Shouldn't she argue that the whole English language is complicit with systems of oppression? What about post-secondary education? The things that wokists choose to connect with systems of oppression, all the while using those very systems, seems rather silly and arbitrary.
