Dice doesn't give a fuck about having a working anti cheat, BF5 was insanely riddled with cheaters/hackers shortly after launch and even coming back to the game a year later still an issue.

Hopefully their BR is good. Definitely going to pick this up if it's decent. Need a change from COD.
I was an OG BF player, and when it started to adopt some CoD type playstyles, I stopped. CoD sucks

They are completely different playstyles. I enjoy playing both and that's why I'm excited for a change of pace with this coming out.

I stopped after BF4. This looks interesting and probably 1st proper title for current gen consoles and/or PC.
one of the most fun parts of BF3 and BF4 was configuring your weapon in such a way that you could do crazy things on a big map.
BF3 was the auto grenade launcher in CQB.
BF4 was the the M240B sniper setup.
Then they turned it into a generic mess for BFOne and BFV. Presumably to satisfy the CoD and console tards.

I didn't mind BF1, dog fighting with Bi planes was fun...and there was a decent mix of maps eventually. BFV was a fucking disaster though. Trailer makes it look like it's going to be frantic fast paced cqb like COD. Lame

Probably going to be the same for BF2042 unless there was an activation sequence or something that I missed seeing.
Also in the JackFrags video he mentions that there's no longer vehicles in the spawn, everyone's getting a tablet that you can airdrop vehicles onto your position.
