I'm going with "burn it all down".

Well finally got around to doing this ( been a psychotic couple months in the killy household )

Got it all cleaned out ( 2 shop vacs full of crud when all said and done ) which made the problem out to be a lot worse than it looked…

Extended the drain stand pipe by 2-3 inches ( this was kindof tricky to ensure that it was still below grade of the garage entrance). Primed the concrete and poured 100lb of self level cement into the divot.

Amazing there is still a pretty big delta between this and the rest of the pad. Going to let this cure over the weekend and on Monday I will try and use some quick set to “feather” out the remaining ledges to make it reasonably continuous.

It’s a million times better than it was though.

Hopefully there is no next time, but if there is just slap a much taller drain pipe then fill to your hearts content and cut the excess off with a multi-tool or sawzall.

Good call, I only had 2 bags of self level anyway so this worked out well.

    Heated stamped concrete obvs.
You asked WWBD and I'm shocked that the vinyl planks over concrete wasn't an instant choice.

I feel like this is what you'd get if you ordered your driveway on Wish.
