Bump to update where this is at. Walls done and now covered with junk. More wall space is best. Made some shelves up high, added some tool boxes without casters. Garage fridge has been a huge game changer. Also notice my ladder to access the loft storage area.

That looks like batt insulation. Where is your vapour barrier between your wet garage and your (should be not wet) air space in storage?
A garage stores driven vehicles that come in clogged with snow that melts and evaporates (for like 6 months of the year). Where does that vapour go? I have no ventilation so I put a shitty dehumidifier in to mitigate the garage beginning a cold sauna that promotes rust and other significant problems in the building envelope.

Spray foam on the roof. Walls have batt with vapor barrier.

I think you're missing the question tho. How are you dealing with air circulation?

The answer, @ThePenIsMightier , is the "LifeBreath" branded HRV tucked into the trusses and visible in the first photo

Tried for shots and giggles.....the Yukon fits under. About 2 inches of clearance when it goes up on the base..

Can you set the lift to go to a certain height? Or do you have to eye ball it each time?

    Looks awesome, super dope.

What was your ceiling height to the rafters? Sorry I’m not smart and can’t search too well

Needs to be eyeballing, but in my case, it goes up as high as it can. Don't want to leave it down on a lower lock and have the wife not pay attention and smash the Yukon. 16ft door is not ideal turning in from the lane

As high as allowed. I'll can't remember, but will get back to you

Edit....3.76m (little over 12ft) at the peak, 3.02m (little under 10ft) at the door
