Epson 4010 Issue

So I have this projector in my basement. It's about a year and half old. It has been very conservatively used and perhaps has a total 50 hours of use.

On the weekend when watching F1, it kept turning itself off constantly. Sometimes after 10 minutes of running and sometimes after a little longer. I would turn it back on right away and it would turn on after going through the usual process. It literally did this at least 5-6 times and after the race I got frustrated and stopped using it.

Tried Googling without much direction. Epson site doesn't even show its warranty status when I input the serial number. I had purchased it from Visions. I was planning to call Eposon today but got busy and didn't get a chance.

Any ideas what it might be?

Clogged air filter causing premature over heating?
That would be my first and second guesses.

Didn't know that was a thing on these. Will Youtube a DIY video to clean the filter and see. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't know about the fancy home ones, but whatever chunk of fuck I have at the office could split methane with the heat it cranks out, and, it has this cheesy little down piece for an intake air filter which gets surprisingly dirty after fairly little use.
