Agreed, if BB had one car then blue, but with the lambo the yellow/orange is the way to go. Both great colours

That's quite a striking yellow, and I generally dislike yellow.
Was going to say the same as penis....I do not like yellow or yellow cars, but this looks great in the yellow
6 figure yellow should damn well look good, and it does!
I wish it came in a five figure yellow.
^^^^ Im betting it will in less than 5 years.
I decided to pass on the car and wait for a final edition or at least until lotus gets their shit together. Spent a lot of time of the Emira forums and it was enough to turn me off from ordering it.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s both an incredible looking and driving car.. but just didn’t want to run into any early production headaches that many seem to be having.
Hopefully somebody on the forum follows through with one, guess I’m just chicken when it comes to getting an early car from a company like Lotus.
An absolute gong show, couple guys pulling out on Lotus Talk. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

A lot of disappointing posts on the Lotus forum about the Emira. Hopefully a lot of things get "sorted" by the time the 2nd year of production starts, so I can pick up a used one of those. Be an unhappy wait as that'll be a few years now.
what are the issues??

Yeah, it’s really a bummer - I was super excited about the car as it was such a unique and exceptional driving experience and looked amazing.
Well, there are a lot of issues with deliveries being heavily delayed. Some people in North America have had full deposits ($10k non-refundable) down for close to 3 years now and no word of their car. People are also having a lot of issues with paint blistering, electronics and other components of the car malfunctioning and just a lot of general problems that you shouldn’t have with a brand new car. All of this plus a price increase just turned me and a lot of other folks off.
Blistering paint? Do rip-off Chinese cars even have that issue? Brutal.

It’s funny when people forget how bad the Brit’s really are

I honestly wanted to believe they had their shit together for this car. I guess if it’s too good to be true…

Guy I know made it sound like his Emira was likely going to be 160-170k CAD.
