Looking to borrow a double conversion UPS

Hoping someone has an old one not in use. Battery condition doesn't really matter as I need it for the voltage power conditioning aspect.

We're having some problems with a sensitive measuring device at work, and no one believes me that it might be a input voltage issue, so they won't fork out the money for a proper power line conditioner.

I have a UPS with a dead battery, it's a 1500VA, don't know if it has what you are looking for. I don't know if it conditions power without battery...does it? I always kind of assumed battery was used to normalize the voltage but maybe I am wrong.

That unit is a 'line interactive' model. Those are consumer grade and affordable for end users.
