Default Recommendations for company Xmas party venue for 180 people

With a hopeful return to normalcy, Im wondering what venues fellow beyonders have thoroughly enjoyed over the years in terms of atmosphere for company Xmas parties.

Calgary zoo and heritage park are on the list already, but interested to hear any other suggestions. Cheers!

Obviously my business is much smaller scale, but last Christmas party we did I took everyone and the spouses axe throwing and a pub night. Was a ton of fun actually the competing against each other part.

The cathouse in the NE is better for large groups, plus then you can walk to A&W for snacks after.

I would consider renting a large section of the bar in Black Diamond. Seriously.

Winsport has several big venues. The Shriners Bowness.

Maybe the hard Knox, but the BD Ho has a reputation hahaha

Assuming you’re talking the hotel bar

Hard Knox could barely fit 18, let alone 180. The BD Hotel Bar is HUGE.

    Pros:
    Good pub food.
    Good service.
Well set up for large private functions.

    Cons:
Locals are white-trash, cousin-fucking, troglodytes. All of them.

Hotel Arts. I had always considered them a Holiday Inn with a coat of paint, with a sleazy reputation for their bar/pool during stampede week.
But Mrs. Penguin's company had a Christmas party there a few years ago, and it was awesome. The food was outstanding!

I also really like this place, both the sketch one and the Kensington one.
If big enough, this could be a big vote getter.

I think the Banff Springs can accommodate.
