I'd attack the other way - access roof via short ladder the lean over the eaves. Fall protection at your discretion
Otherwise Rogers actually rents a small manlift based on the 32' material lift that you can go straight up in - for not much money, doesn't require a ton of room (but does need some flat prepared area to work in) think they have a light truck towable 40' too.

Yukon Brewing nay have what you need but you'll have to stand on a box.
@Disoblige what about borrowing a pressure washer, and renting a 18' extension pole?

I have a pressure washer but no way it will spray proper. Plus I don't feel like making a big poopy mess down my siding. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I borrowed kenny's 16' stick, duct taped another 6' stick, went on ladder 10' in the air, and barely poked at it. Needed more poking power with more force. The damn slope is what makes me it hard and I can't use my extension ladder safely. I think if I had a sturdy 25' stick, it would be good.
