Looking for someone on beyond who does powder coating or can refer me to a good shop that doesn't make me go bankrupt. A friend of mine told me that it usually $80 a rim, i don't know how true that is.
Cheers.

Ditto. Looking to get some wheels done.

Boosted life tip #329
Girlfriends cost money
Turbos cost money
Both make whining noises
Make the smart choice.

I used these guys on a set of wheels for the work truck. Turned out really good. It was a little under 500 for 4 rims if memory serves

I've used Powder Works a few times; wheels turned out great, pricing is dependent on the size of the wheel and condition and is competitive with other places in the city from what I've been quoted. IG is a good spot to see their work and get an idea of some common colours on wheels/parts: https://www.instagram.com/powderworksinc/
Whats shit like that usually cost per wheel? just curious.
Powder coating an already prepped wheel is cheaper than one that is not prepped. Anyplace that is decent at what they do and is fully stripping by acid dipping or sandblasting, prepping and powdercoating, that isn't a backyardigan, is charging probably $125/$150 a wheel and up to a retail guy. If you are taking them tons of work on a regular basis you might get a little off that but not much in my experience. Some coatings are more than others too.
It's like paint and body really. If you are really good you charge, but if you still can find an old retired guy who likes to dabble if he is set up or you find someone who does powdercoating as a hobby willing to take it on for you for sure, you might get a deal but you may have some running around to do and it might not be quite the same level.

Ya I can do wheels. Depends on the condition they're in on what kind of cost associated. Not only that, im on an 11/3 shift so my time gets taken up quickly.
