I would watch it again honestly. That's how good it is. I never re-watch a movie except the Avengers: Endgame, and I definitely would watch it again on IMAX.
Yeah, I agree with you there. This would definitely be a movie I'd watch in the theatres again. When it ended, I thought to myself I have to watch this again and waiting for it to come out on streaming/home theatre is way too long.

And I'm the kind of person who maybe watches a movie in the theatres once or twice a year cause there usually aren't many that interest me enough to bother.

Haha. That’s how I felt too! First half was just warm-up until it exponentially got exciting towards the 2nd half.

I should've known better going to a Tom Cruise movie...my review is "save your money."

Unbelievably cheesy and contrived sentimental dialogue.

Aerial shots were incredible, but there were a lot of snooze worthy scenes. Did we really need to hear great balls of fire again with junior?

Mid July is when it’ll come out on Paramount Plus. They’ve been really consistent with the 45 day window.

So glad the woke brigade didn't ruin this one.
Jacket patches are back now we don't have to appease China. That's the only controversy going in. Everything else has played it pretty safe for the woke crowd, including an unnamed enemy power that happens to have 5th gen fighters in operation.

Worst review ever. It's almost like you didn't know what movie you were going to when you headed in.

Was a very good movie, all the fighter jet scenes were amazing, nice change from CGI everything these days. Loved all the throwbacks and references to the original, possibly one of the best or the best sequels I've seen, didn't feel like it was a hard regurgitation of the original although the plot and flow of the movie are very similar.

    Definitely worth seeing in IMAX.

I wish IMAX had the good recliner seats. AVX+ATMOS for me tonight.

Saw it last night and agree with most of the comments in this thread. Really enjoyed it and might try to see it again while it's still in theaters.

Might even go to the Spanish version just for fun - saw it last night in original version as I usually can't stand the voice dubbing but for a second go-round it could be amusing.

University District VIP? Never been there but that's my guess. Landmark Market Mall is just alright.

Westhill and Chinook are both getting up in age.

Gah. That's too bad. At least Crowfoot was renovated and is now very nice.

Have to try that out, it was pretty run down before. My go to is still Landmark Country Hills.
