Default Let me See Your Midlife Crisis Dream Car - Owned or Still Dreaming

I'm approaching that time where I'd like to buy something that feels like a reward for all my hard work. I'm not sure which way I'll go just yet but I'm looking for something with some go and some luxury. My dream car has always been a classic Camaro SS, however I'm thinking maybe something a little more family friendly. I've heard great things about the Jeep SRTs, and BMW M5 sounds nice except for cost of maintenance/ownership. Not looking to go six figures but price isn't the focus.

Would love to see what you have, or have planned for the midlife "crisis" car.

I hope you're not a white, balding male because I'm pretty sure they are not legally permitted to purchase something other than a Corvette.

My dream car was always an M3. But the new M3 is crap.

So thinking about it… I guess I already drive my dream car?

That said. I have always wanted a G class too.

There’s a 911 variety for everyone, can’t really go wrong with one of those.

If I was buying my midlife crisis car today, it’d be a v12 vantage with manual transmission.

Edit: @ OP a Jaguar f type of some variety might fit the bill. Also you need to tell us if you’re looking for used or new? Makes a big diff on budget for some cars.

If you don’t get out of the car, you’d never notice. Soft clothes on the bottom, formal on top is my go-to look.

I was really set on getting myself a 997.1 or 997.2 GT3 one day but Covid put that dream to an end. They are going for triple my yearly income now

V12 Vantage S in manual would be awesome.

They sound so good. Surprisingly loud too; my dads LC500 is almost as loud as my straight piped ISF was.
