Look I didn’t say he isn’t the flames best player on the ice but his shooting % is a third of what it was in the regular season and his scoring is the same. He has 5 goals in his last 25 playoff games. Blame it on the stars all you want but the dude just doesn’t rise to get shots in the net in the playoffs.

If he steps up then the flames win this easy, but a big part of it being a low scoring series is that he isn’t potting the ones he should’ve been.

You know what kills shooting percentage? A hot goalie. I mean it’s not like our good chances were shooting at the crest. Oettinger has made some unreal saves and keeps stealing it for the stars (except game 6). Any other goalie in there and things wouldn’t be a lot different for everyone except tkachuk.
