I hire lots of young people, we have a student right now in fact. He's awesome.

If anything they're easier to control as years of accepting liberal rule have made them susceptible to any suggestions.

I've found if you can get a guy right out of school (high school or post secondary) they usually feel like they have something to prove so you can instill a good work ethic in them. If you get someone thats bounced around a lot in the recent past you will likely just end up being another name on a resume.

This is actually not far from home.

I make more than HK's public hospital doctors (non senior) and this includes dirty teams (covid wards). There are doctors here quitting to pursue other fields that are reasonably paid with less stress and workload.

In a 2 tier health care system, nobody is stupid enough to work for the government longer than necessary. And nobody want to receive care from government facilities.
