My call is that the Blues have absolutely horrifying depth. My God! I saw the stats showing how many 20 goal scorers they have. I meant to back up the feed and take a pic but I think they have NINE players with 20+ goals. If anyone can beat Colorado, it's them.
I think both the battles of Florida and Alberta are going 7 while NY/Hurricanes are irrelevant.
It's bad news to see the dominant teams get plugged early. Seeing Calgary getting shelled is a very bad sign for them and I think they didn't deserve to beat Dallas, but their depth is also scary.
The emotional nonsense between them and Edmonton is exciting, but poor hockey. These teams just seem incapable of playing a structured game against each other and while it's exciting at the time, it doesn't benefit anyone. Edmonton is making Markstrom look like a bitch even when they lose and that is bad bad news for Flames.
The West needs Colorado to die or else whoever faces them is fucked.
