Exactly what it says if anyone knows of a shop that can sleeve a block and will warranty them them from sinking for reasonable prices ?

Good work doesnt always mean high cost, i didnt ask for opinion on what theory to go by cause thats a bullshit one at that. In any market things can be done for less than top dollar still and turn out twice as good. But thanks for the input on a place that does it.
