Do your kids get yearly flu shots too? My opinion of the covid vax for kids is the same as flu shots, which my household has never bothered with.
Yes on flu shots. We'll definitely have him take the Covid shot, perhaps just not right away or till we need to travel.

We have reached peak Canada when we not only expect our healthcare to be free, but to be paid when we use it.

Give me $100 or I'll fuck myself up and cost you $50K.

We need to drop healthcare coverage on anyone not vaccinated by choice. If auto insurance can set rate on gender and age, we should do the same on health insurance.

That doesn't even make sense...why drop coverage for someone that is not vaxed and lets say broke his leg, now he/she isn't entitled to receive health care for that even tho they pay taxes too?

Makes perfect sense to the insurance industry. I lost coverage on my ATV because my wife got a distracted driving ticket in our truck. True story.

I've said that my kid will take the shot, but there isnt an urgency like myself or parents. Since there are little to no effect to kids.
I've known a few kids that have gotten covid and felt like shit. It isn't just hospitalization. I don't want my kid to feel like shit.

I guess i need to reword my answer, there isnt an urgency to take it right away, since the virus has little to no effect on kids. Will he take it, yes absolutely.

Again according to the pool, that falls under 1/3 of the parents.

If you're going to get your kids vaccinated eventually, then early is better than late.

That's my point Why wait for a beneficial activity that reduces risks?

I can see parents thinking twice before letting their kids get the vaccination. My wife wants to wait even if it becomes available for our 21month old but we're both double vaxxed and wouldn't hesitate to take the booster.
    Your kid is 2.

    Socially acceptable baby ages.
    1 to 18 months old
One and a half years old
    Two years old
    Two and a half.

After that, it's just full years. Anyone who says otherwise also uses the term "hubby".

I find that cartoon offensive! I have 32 month old and that "baby" is not representative of the hell-raiser that a 32 month old is.
