Always felt the US justice system rewarded big crimes, all or nothing.
A few crimes like theft, fistfights, or setting a dumpster on fire - one or two years. If you kill someone its either life or nothing at all. Do certain demographics go for "big crime". The risk of that is that the protestors start seeing this, and start going for "big crime" because - might as well buy the AR-15 and then empty that entire AR-15 clip on Rodeo drive, before reaching for the spare. Might as well fly the plane into a building because might as well go for the "big crime".
If I borrow $10,000 and can't pay it back its my problem, If I borrow $100 million and can't pay it back it is your problem.
Innocence has its consequences. This is definitely an "escalation" innocence.

Ban assault cars. no one needs an assault car. They are specifically designed to kill people en mass as quickly as possible. There is a reason the military uses them on public streets. They blend in, and you don't know it is there until it is too late. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

He probably mistook the dancing children were about to Trinity kick him so he acted in self defense? This is ridiculous, see how they are going to spin this one.
Why would anyone spin this? Its a criminal that plowed through a Christmas parade. Nothing to do with BLM, or the riots, or Rittenhouse

It wouldn't even take that much effort. With a few buzz words, the fact immediately becomes irrelevant.

The driver seems to be a "black guy with dreadnaughts". So yes, it will be about race.

Damn right. Also, having people in the higher command and civilian "oversight" boards/commissions/whatever, NOT order their department to "stand down" and do pretty much nothing, would be of great help. I'll bet every one of those officers who were just "standing by" were doing so grating their teeth, watching their town get fucked up by BLM/Antifa/idiot rioters and "mostly peaceful protesters". You don't need civilians arming themselves to defend businesses, when LE is not just properly funded, but ALLOWED to do their jobs. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Also, having prosecutors that aren't SJW fuckwits like the one in the Rittenhouse trial is likely a step towards putting and keeping rioters/et al in jail.
Well it's a damn miracle more people didn't get killed if he was packing multiple capital warships. The driver seems to be a "black guy with dreadnaughts".
Tell me about it. Imagine if he got someone to buy him an AR-15. Could have taken out the entire band instead of just a few slow runners. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I wonder if this new one could be considered a terrorist attack.
Cocoa $12,000 per ton.
The closing arguments for the arbery trial is quite different from the rittenhouse trial. There is jeopardy style PowerPoint and handwritten notes, it’s like retro night.
The retribution is pretty nasty so far. Xmas parade with black man running over white grandmas and children.
Will the next one be retaliation for the retaliation, or is there more retaliation to pile up on the not Rittenhouse side first. Flip a coin.
I can imagine he won't even try to plead innocent. I mean its pretty tough to even think innocence or proportionate retribution for that matter. Rittenhouse was two deaths and an injury to get rid of a bunch of fistfighting skateboard assaulters who like to set dumpsters on fire and steal convenience food (and arguably, already did their time for it) - not proportionate in any way shape or form there either.
I'm pretty sure that plastic bag assaulter guy did pay for his food right? They never said, or I missed it.
Temporary insanity?

I know I should reply to Zenops but its been mentioned in a few places so I figured I would pose the question - has anyone read anything about that Christmas day tragedy that says it was in any way related to the Rittenhouse case? Everything that has come out about it says he was fleeing a knife fight and ended on the parade route and essentially went retarded. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Until I hear otherwise I will just chalk this up as Zenops stretching again.
EDIT: Ah yes, here comes the neg reps.
Double EDIT: Holy shit, its an onslaught of negative reps. Seems a bit excessive. Thanks to the lone positive rep person reminding me to be better - your lesson was noted.
