    Any more info on this guy or what the police did. I just saw him tear out of a side street onto 19th street NW ( Briar Hill ) and he seemed to be fleeing.

    I saw this guy cruising down 14st near 10ave sw back when this thread was still alive. I guess I forgot to post.

    Police want the whole operation. It's in the works and this adds to it. Guy is known to them but were unaware he was also involved in converter thefts.
