If you somehow "knew" you had Covid19, and were still inside the window that "science" says you're transmissible, stay the eff away from everyone, including your family. Seriously, I don't understand the question here, this should be obvious.

Once you've recovered, you can bask in the knowledge that you now have natural immunity, which is most likely much better "protection" than any mrna vaccine, as your antibodies were created by your immune system from the actual virus, not a replicated version of it. This I base on the blood test I had done a couple months post recovery which showed I still had a larger antibody load in my bloodstream than a family member tested at the same lab who had both vaccine shots just 2 months ago and was tested 10 days ago for antibody presence.

Oh, ya, and that fact that the chance of getting re infected basically factors out to zero, based on various world wide health orgs data on the extremely few numbers of re infection (so far at least).

Just my opinion based on my experience and that of my father whom I've been living with and taking care of since his 65 days in ICU post Covid19 infection. IMO if you haven't been infected and recovered, getting both shots and a booster is very important. If you have recovered, it's a personal decision based on your health situation, again IMO.
