I'm still old enough to remember when 0-60 mph near 5 seconds was supercar territory. Now that's considered a quick time for a FWD car. Nice that a few ICE cars are rubbing elbows with the EV's. We are probably getting close to hitting the wall of physics.

- 911 GT3
- 911 Targa

GT3 steals my mirth every time.

NA, only 6 cyl, and rwd. Look how quick that is.

Also this list is quick, not fast. Would love to categorize them in 1/4 trap speed to see the difference. If only we had some PP engineers on call.

The list irks me, agree that it’s only part of the story and would be good to have some other stats overlaid. Of course the targa 4s is going to be quick when the clutch is dumped and 400-something horsepower goes to the road through 4 wheels, but that’s a bit misrepresentative imo.

GTR black series is ridiculous but after seeing one irl it doesn’t bother me too much. Not too much more ridiculous than a gt3rs.

Unlike Buster, the only car I’d get rid of on that list is the corvette. The stingray does absolutely nothing for me. I’d be happy with any of the other cars… but maybe that’s just cause I’m poor.

The SF90 sounds impressive as hell, but I have to keep my hate on for Ferraris. It’s disappointing the McLaren Artura isn’t in the same league.

To be fair, and I’m not a pcar guy, a targa 4 GTS would be a pretty incredible, if not perfect, DD if the value proposition wasn’t so poor.

For the price it's kind of hard to ignore that the Stingray is a performance bargain. Next closest car in price on this list is probably the xDrive M3.
